End of Year 2024
It’s been a year of connection and creativity, and we’re excited to close out 2024 with some festive celebrations just for you!
This festive season, we’re excited to present a variety of Christmas-inspired activities designed to bring everyone together. Join us for our final play session of the year, the Wise Owls outing to the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Party, and our hands-on creative workshops, including wreath making and bauble decorating.

Autumn/ Winter 2024
This season we are staying warm and cosy by celebrating winter-special workshops such as knitting, sewing, pottery and painting. We are also holding special events such as our Mother’s Day Manicure & High Tea and the Thrifty Winter Opening.
Join EBCC’s monthly themed play sessions for parents and children, the Wise Owls Social Group for fun outings, and feel rejuvenated with our Yin Yoga Meditation & Morning Tea. Don’t miss our weekly Walking Pals for leisurely walks and coffee.

Summer 2024
We’re off to an amazing start to 2024! Team EBCC is excited to share an array of programs with our community all free of charge. We have gardening working bees, pottery class, oil painting and our regular programs, to keep our lovely community members busy this summer.

Spring 2023
Team EBCC has had so much fun this past year facilitating workshops and programs for our dear community members. Join us for our upcoming workshops: Vegan Cheese workshop & lunch in September, Hand Stitching for Beginners in October and Observational Sketching in November!
EBCC is very grateful to have connected with many different individuals in 2023 and we hope to nurture these friendships in the

Winter 2023
Team EBCC is on the road to further developing this beautiful community and create a safe and nurturing space where individuals feel a sense of belonging.
This winter we have planned crotchet classes, sewing basics, Spanish lessons, observational sketching and a miniature Japanese garden workshop for our community members! Don’t miss out!

Autumn 2023
Team EBCC has had some meaningful connections with some of our lovely neighbours, who have now become our friends. This season we are hosting some new creative workshops such as a Kokedama Moss Ball making, and a Vegan Cooking class followed by a shared lunch.
Join us for another special Thrifty opening and find yourself some hidden treasures whilst sipping on a complimentary coffee
provided by Merlo Coffee Roasters!

Summer 2023
We will be publishing seasonal newsletters to keep our community updated with our programs and workshops that we’ll be offering all year round free of charge. A few of our regular programs include Play Sessions and Yin Yoga Meditation & Morning Tea sessions on a monthly basis, as well as a weekly Green Thumbs Club gathering for all of our avid gardeners.
Highlights this season include an Everyday Makeup workshop and a Wood Carving class. Don’t forget we will also be opening our Thrifty doors in February!
